Even if you find the right person, you’ll likely need to provide office space, which is yet another expense, and possibly further training. Many clients find that hiring Penta Seven Inc. is more cost-effective than even a single full-time dispatcher. Our industry expertise, network, and experience make us exceptional at what we do.

No. Penta Seven Inc. operates on a month-to-month basis. We don’t require truck drivers to commit long-term upfront because we believe in earning your business each month. If you’re not satisfied, neither are we, so we work hard for you. It’s also important to us that business owners have the freedom to choose whom they work with.

Signing up with Penta Seven Inc. is simple and can be done entirely online.

• First, sign our Dispatch Carrier Agreement, which clearly sets out our responsibilities and yours. This is designed to protect both of us and is not a long-term contract. Our services are month-to-month, and there are no penalties for discontinuing.

• You’ll also need insurance that names Penta Seven Inc. as the certificate holder, which is common industry practice for shippers, dispatchers, and brokers. This allows us to conduct business on your behalf as needed. Be sure your insurance covers liability as well as cargo.

• We also require the Carrier Set-Up Package and references for shippers and brokers for our records. Please include your MC Permit and signed W9 form.

• Finally, for compliance purposes, we need a copy of the CDL for each driver we’ll be dispatching.

We work with both owners/operators under their own MC authorities and carriers with company drivers.

No. Unless you’ve specifically instructed your insurance agent to process certificate requests only from you, we can work with your insurance agent to obtain the necessary insurance certificates.

Once you reach the one-year milestone, accessing better rates and loads will become easier.

Yes. While many clients prefer our comprehensive package — including dispatch, documentation, compliance, and all necessary business support — we also have clients who may only need help with specific tasks, like documentation. We believe our clients should have the freedom to customize services to best meet their needs.
